    Colorer chaque portion avec le colorant liquide
  12. Utiliser une poche à douille pour faire les meringues de chantilly colorée décorative
  13. CONSEILS :
  14. Préparez les génoises la veille, vous gagnerez du temps le jour j et vos génoises seront froides, idéales pour le dressage avec la crème !

    -Lors du dressage des meringues de chantilly, laissez pas vos bols au réfrigérateur tant que vous ne les utilisez pas, sinon la chantilly deviendra trop liquide et les meringues ne se formeront pas, la crème deviendra liquide.
