- Les épices
- 1 cuillère à soupe gingembre moulu
- 1 cuillère à soupe cumin
- 1 cuillère à soupe curry

- Faire dorer la viande et la conserver sur un assiette.



- Faire chauffer l'eau et faire fondre les cubes de bouillon de volaille.



- Couper les oignons en petits morceaux et dans le gras du canard les faire revenir.



- Ajouter le miel, le vinaigre balsamique et mélanger.


- Ajouter le bouillon de volaille, les raisins secs et mélanger.



- Ajouter maintenant les épices, on commence avec le gingembre moulu et le cumin en mélangeant après chaque ajout.


- On continue avece curry et le paprika.


- Pour épaissir la préparation, dans un récipient, ajouter la maïzena et la crème fraîche. Ensuite, verser 3 cuillères à soupe de sauce préparée et mélanger.



- Pour enlever les grumeaux, passer la préparation avant de la verser dans le cookeo.

- Ajouter la viande à la préparation et mélanger.

- Après 15min de cuisson sous pression au cookeo, voilà le résultat obtenu. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas de cookeo, laisser mijoter quelques minutes.

- Pour la présentation finale, j'ai accompagné le canard à l'orientale avec un cercles de céréales. Vous pouvez également le manger avec du riz, des pâtes, ou autre suivant vos goûts.
